Return Policy

All returns require a return authorization number which must be present on the outside of the return package. Please call 888-763-2538 during business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST) or email customerservice@zoneathletics.com to be issued an RA number.

Return authorizations must be requested within 10 business days after receiving your order. Return shipments must be delivered back to Zone Athletics within 10 business days after the return authorization has been issued. Returns received after this time will not be honored.

Please return items in the same manner they were shipped to you. All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping box. If items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refused.

All refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after being received back to Zone Athletics.

Customized items cannot be accepted for return for anything other than product defect.  Color variances may occur from digital representation to the actual item received.  These variances are not grounds for any refund or exchange.

All sales are final for Clearance/Closeout items. There will be no returns accepted.
